Nearby multiplayer

Fixes
- Fixed a crash when starting a three-player game on one device.
- Fixed symbols that could show up as blank circles on some cards.
- The Daily Challenge calendar now shows every weekday's initial.
Version 1.0 May 4, 2026
The original release — spot the shared symbol before the clock runs out.
PairPanic launched with a simple rule: any two cards share exactly one symbol — never zero, never two. Your eyes know it's there; your job is to find it first.
Highlights
- Solo runs with an ever-rising twist every 10 rounds — spinning symbols, floating symbols, waves, random colors.
- Bonus rounds that hide two matches instead of one, for extra time and a bigger streak.
- Face Off: two players sharing one iPhone or iPad, each with their own card facing their side of the screen.
- Nearby multiplayer — host a game and let friends join from their own device, with adjustable rounds, difficulty, symbol packs and visual effects.
- A Daily Challenge built from the same deck for every player, with a streak calendar to keep it going.
- A stats profile tracking reaction times, personal records, top symbols and achievements, plus optional Game Center leaderboards.
- Solo runs on Apple Watch and Home Screen widgets for today's challenge and streak.
- A short first-launch tutorial teaching the rule in seconds.
